[users] Installing UK Dictionary

Had to do a clean install of my whole system, so had also to re-install 
OOo 1.1.4. Got it all working OK according to my preferences, except 
that I can't make the UK Dictionary work, though selected. Presumably 
the US Dictionary is there by default, and the UK  dictionary needs to 
be added somehow - but how? Looked on the OOo web-site, found the 
question, and that the dictionary was there to download, but got lost 
trying to see what to do to install it.
So how.......?
