One thing you can do is save the spreadsheet file as a delimited file
then import into mysql using sql statements.
Problem is that the spreadsheets have many, many sheets and the 'save as
csv file' option only saves the current sheet.
Maybe the new 2.0 beta will have a simpler 'save as xml' option, to
allow easy parsing when I want just the data (and not all the fancy
options per cell that is also saved in the file.)
