If you are using Windows XP/2000 etc. go to the following directory: C:\Windows\Fonts
then decide which fonts you want to uninstall and simply delete them like any other file. That should take care of the unwanted fonts! If you are using a Mac or a Linux distribution, I'm really not sure where fonts are located! Hope that this has helped.
