I want to make a two column table, with a border
below the left cell and on the right side of the left cell
like this:

I use it for pleadings in WP
OO seems to limit borders to the whole table, and does not allow any
text to the right
of the visible part of the table
I use a text frame in OO as a workaround, but it is not as functonal as
a table would be
If this is a limitation of tables and not just ignorance on my part, I
think it would be a good enhancement
Is there a way to make a table as described above?
