Let me explain myself. What I am trying to do is create a database of hundreds of photographs which I collected over the past years. Now although the actual pix and record item are all different the contents are similar. So after entering the pic # and details the contents I would like to duplicate from the previous one since they are identical. Years back I did this in Access by ctrl + '.
