Yes. As quoted from the link that Ganesha provided:

You can follow the progress by following the meeting minutes & also by
subscribing to the release list. Also, please don't forget to file bug
reports if you run across any issues in RC1; just because there are m6's
and m7's in the pipe doesn't mean that RC1 reports aren't important.
