That is Microsoft's way of encouraging you to use ONLY software Microsoft has personally qualified as being "good" software. Almost All non Microsoft installations will bring that up as a rule. As long as you download it from OO.o, you're fine; just go ahead and install it. It's marketing hype, actually and IMO pretty rude.
