After much clicking back and forth, I finally managed to access the Linuxx86-64_install_en_US_deb.tar.gz package in the ../contrib/rc/3.0.0rc2 directories and a ditto_langpack_sv_deb.tar.gz in the corresponding extended directories on a German site. But it wasn't easy - it took me longer to get the packages to display properly on the directory lists than to download and install them ! But now I'm all set up and raring to go !
