You can use tools > outline numbering to obtain the desired result. Just set it up as follows: In the Numbering page - select level 1 - "Style Title 1" as paragraph style - 1,2,3 as number - select level 2 - "style Title 2" as paragraph style - 1,2,3 as number (show sub levels should automatically be set to 2, if not do it). Now you can use the Position page of the dialog to adjust the placement of the numbering, though care must be taken as it interferes with the indentations set for the paragraph style.
