On the page where that code was posted one person said that he had run
it 3,000 times with perfect results. But I agree, title case in English
is so complicated that it would take ten times that much code to do it
perfectly. It's a timesaver, but you're still going to have to use your
human brain to check the results.

Perhaps when 3.0 goes final you can contribute your corrections back to
the list or add it as a downloadable macro somewhere. There must be
someplace on openoffice.org where such things belong.
