I downloaded the myssql-connector-jave-3.1.8 and put the whole untared/unziped
folder in /usr/java such as
file:/usr/java/mysql-connector-java-3.1.8/
What is now the class path

I used file:/usr/java/mysql-connector-java-3.1.8/
the bin is here:
file:/usr/java/mysql-connector-java-3.1.8/mysql-connector-java-3.1.8-bin.jar

But this file is a Java archive?

But is still get the error: The Specified Driver could not be loaded.
Of course I cannot see the used driver .
What should be the drivers name for MySQL. The documentation says:
com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
