After some experimentation, I found that I can configure for the 1-10 levels like this: Numbering: none Before: □ However, when I do this then I cannot move items to different depths of the hierarchy. The "Demote one Level" button is disabled. When I revert back to "Numbering: 1, 2, 3, ..." (or any other numbering, for that matter) then the "Demote One Level" button is reactivated.
