Help, I do a lot of work on medical documents and without a dictionary OO
will not be usable.

Not a good idea to start a new topic by replying to an old, I nearly
missed this one. Many of us use threaded mail readers, and may ignore a

Installing a word list once you have it in plain text form is not very
hard, please ask if you need more specific help.
