Hi
Tried this but I didn't quite get last part. I got the formula OK but on
Return only the first cell was shown in the new sheet whereas in the formula
the whole range is specified.

Hi
Re my query to paste selections from different sheets onto a single sheet using
Paste Special and even the Link option is checked the paste worked OK but no
link was created. What have I done wrong?
Try this. Put your cursor on a blank page.
1. Type an equal sign but do not enter RETURN yet,
2. click on the tab of the sheet that you want a duplicate entry,
3. click on the cell that you want duplicated,
4. press RETURN
5. You will be instantly returned to your (formerly) blank page with
the entry duplicated.
6. Duplicate this process as required. You can merely copy your newly
duplicated cell which contains now a formula to the surrounding area for
the rest of the area you want to appear on your duplication page. The
formula in each cell will be automatically adjusted to correspond to the
source cells.

The method that Joe Conner described will only copy one cell, the first,
to the new sheet. You have to repaet for each cell you want to link.
But, If you have a range you want to copy, then follow his instructions,
except use Ctrl Shift Enter, instead of just Enter. This will link the
selected range into the new sheet.
