I hoped in 3.0 to be able to use DOCPROPERTY user properties from
MS-Word in swriter.
Everything with user defined properties work fine as long as I store the
document as .odt.
However, when I store the document as .doc the text is inserted and the
link from text to the property gets lost.
What I hoped for was that a user defined property shows up in MS-Word as
a DOCPROPERTY "property-name".
Is this a bug or is it not planned to support translation to DOCPROPERTY?
What I like to achieve is, to have a few set of variables (archive
number, edition, companies abbreviation, document status, ...) in a
document that I can edit seemlessly with OOo and MS-Word.
If DOCPROPERTIES will not work, do you have any other idea to achieve
that goal?
