Not that I've heard of, but you could always save the .mbd as a dBase file; and those can be opened with OO as it reads Ashton Tate's dBase file structure. Seems like there was another compatible format too; easy enough to look & see. Be sure you keep flat/relational etc. types straight or you could be disapointed.
