I like to print some of the documentation and store it in US Letter 3-ring
binders.

However the pdf documents are based upon A4 with the Inner Margin set at
0.20" and the Outer Margin set at 0.98".

Thus there is no gutter margin for punching holes.

What can I do about this?

I saw on your other thread that you are using Mac OS 10.5.5. A neat new feature in 'Preview' on Leopard is the ability to add blank pages to PDFs and also the ability to move pages in a PDF.

Open one of the documentation PDFs in Preview. Click 'Edit/Insert Blank Page'. In the Sidebar/Thumbnails drag the new blank page to the page 2 position. This will switch the inner and outer margins so you will now have a gutter for punching holes. Click 'File/Print' and set the paper size to 'US Letter' and click on 'Scale each page to fit paper'. Print and you while have docoment on proper paper size with gutters for holes
