It's not software so this response is a bit off topic but I remember a very interesting story on NPR 2 years ago about the subject of sentence structure. They still had info on the NPR web site so I pass that along.

Anyway, I've never seen software to do this but the discussion on the radio was quite good so maybe you'll find the book useful.
