pkgchk is an OOo1.1.x tool, period. Now you tell me you are running XP. Okay then finding pkgchk is relatively easy. Use explorer to go to C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org1.1.4\program\pkgchk.exe. Run it to install the addon.
