File|Open and select the PDF. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, yes, I tried that again, and all I got was a blank Writer document. Do I need to do something from within a Draw document? (I recall that the Sun page for this extension mentions Draw.) Perhaps I need to activate the extension? (This is my first one.) When I look in the Extension Manager, it's clearly there. Is there anything else for me to do? Also, I may have found a minor bug in OOo 3 running on Windows XP Pro. When I click on ctrl-W to close the current window, instead the Window menu opens. As I understand it, this is supposed to happen in response to alt-W, and ctrl-W is supposed to close the current window, correct? Can anyone else verify that this is happening, before I report it as a bug?
