I am creating an Avery 5160 label. I have a small text graphic and then a
normal text set up with name, address, city, state,zipcode.
Is there a way to group the text and graphic so I can copy it to the other 29
labels on a page without doing each one separately?

Assuming that each label will be identical, when you're setting up your
label format, go to the "Options" tab and make sure the "Syncronize
contents" box is checked. In the label document then there will be a
little floating toolbar you can use to sychronize everything in all the
labels.
