Hi John,

The directory you mention is for your personal user files - the file you are 
looking for is in the 'shared' gallery location.

On Ubuntu, assuming you are using the Ubuntu supplied version of OO.o this can 
be found at:
/usr/lib/openoffice/share/gallery

On the other hand - if you have installed the vanilla version of OO.o 
downloaded from the main OO.o web site, then it will be located at:
/opt/...
