Thanks for the feedback and encouragement. Someone helpful pointed that one out yesterday. I uploaded a new pdf, but haven't fixed the screenshot yet. I hadn't thought about the "2.0" headings. Are there enough changes to the toolbars etc. to justify new screenshots? Once I'm convinced that everything still works for 3.0 (or made the necessary changes), I'll change the title to "3.0" and re-upload.
