[users] OOo version 3.0, are there any major flaws in the writer portion of the suite?

To ALL: There seem to be a spate of reports of flaws in version 3.0 and 
a revision is due out, shortly, I guess. Since I have it on this 
computer, I was just wondering if there were any flaws to writer that 
would hamper someone who is only going to use it to write personnel 
letters with no fancy borders and such? :-\
