It's in the download. Smath is part of OpenOffice.org's office suite
along with Sdraw, Swriter, Scalc, Sbase, Simpress, and so forth. It's
like the MathCad program.
If you have OpenOffice.org running, try smath and go to help.
Or soffice help set to OpenOffice.org Math (in upper left window).
