Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\template.
But when I went to look for my templates to move them to the new location, ...
To move them, go to File | Templates > | Organize..., which I imagine
will display your new location. Then use Commands | Import
Template... to browse to and import the templates from their original
location to your new one.
