There is information on this at the web site, of course. Start at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Product_Release . It says 3.1 is expected on 5 March 2009. Meanwhile, it says that 3.0.1 is expected on 2 December 2008 - but the page linked from this says 9 December 2008 instead, which I suspect is the more up-to-date estimate.
