I've checked under «Tools» → «Extensions» and not found any installed
extensions. Am I missing something ?
OO.o 3 installs dictionaries as extensions. It has default installs of
English, French, and Spanish. There is and update available for the
French Dictionary, which is probably what the update notice is for.
