I am not sure why you talk about paying duties for three years.
OpenOffice.org is *completely* free. You do not have to pay anything to
anybody. You can download it free and you can use it free on as many
computers as you like. You can use it free for business, personal use,
in education, in government or in any other context. You can give it to
friends, colleagues etc. all free. Support is also free via this
(English lnaguage) group or from our French speaking colleagues. We are
all just users who volunteer time to help others. Of course, we welcome
donations ;-) You can make one at
<http://contributing.openoffice.org/donate.html?cid=926482> but it is
*not* necessary.
You can download the French version of OpenOffice at
<www.openoffice.org>. Click "more platforms and languages", choose
French and select the right Operating System for your computer. Or go to
<www.fr.openoffice.org> and click "Télécharger ...".
