This is a serious lacking for professional printing (and also for
non-professional)

tipically, any pdf has different boxes (see here
http://www.prepressure.com/pdf/basics/page_boxes)

MediaBox, CropBox, BleedBox, TrimBox & ArtBox

now, OpenOffice, set the trimbox at same size than mediabox, this, may be a
serious problem when you submit your book to digital printing workflow,
because many softwares take trimbox to center pages

solution is vote and e-mailing this issue

http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=77791

so openoffice can create pdf/x-3 standard for printing

apart this, can anyone tell me any way to create adding proper trimbox to
openoffice pdfs in Linux?
