Hi. I've noticed that there seems to be a problem with OOo 3 when saving
a document with links to sections of an odt into doc. Here are the steps:
1. create a doc document
2. insert sections from an odt document (with sections) into the new doc
1. odt has 5 sections
2. doc creates links to those sections in the odt
3. save and close doc.
when i try to open the doc again, section 1 is misplaced (double click
on section 1 on the navigator goes to what used to be section 2); and a
blank section is inserted at the end of the doc. this does not seem to
occur when the same procedure is done, but saved into odt.
i understand that there are bound to be problems when saving into doc,
but i guess this is worth posting.
can anyone try to recreate this? i'm on xp with OOo 3.0
