I have a few rows at the top of my spreadsheet that I wish to have
at the top of every page. How can I accomplish this?
o Go to Format | Print Ranges > | Edit... .
o Click the Shrink button at the far right under "Rows to repeat".
o In any suitable column, drag the mouse over a range that defines
the rows you wish repeated. (Note that you have to drag over cells,
not the row headers.)
o Click the Shrink button again to restore the dialogue.
o Click OK.
o Use Page Preview to see and check the effect you have produced.
You can repeat columns in a similar fashion.
(PS: It's all in the help text - under "repeating".)
Don't forget that you can also define page headers at Format |
Page... | Header | Edit... .
I trust this helps.
