Hello,
I am working with my congregation to publish a book. The finished page size
we wish to use is 7x9. As I see it, we have two options:
1. Set the document page size to 7x9, or
2. Use the standard 8.5x11 page size and adjust the margins to create a 7x9
workspace.
I'm wondering if anyone here has used OO Writer for a self-published book.
If so, which approach did you take to accommodate your page size? What were
the benefits and drawbacks of the approach you took?
Thank you,
Elchanan

My wife and I are ghostwriters - no we do not write ghost stories but
write for other people and they then get the BY line.
Why self publish? Unless you have a marketplace where you can sell the
books over a 1 year period, it could be counter productive anyway. Why
not produce it as an ebook. This gives a far wider potential range of
customers. Also it is then possible to link with websites such as Lulu
that will print an ebook for a customer on demand.
If you want to discuss this further please feel free to contact me directly.
Thanks
Rob
