Thanks Daniel It worked fine - it seems there is an answer for everything and we need to persevere with the learning curve. The only major issue remaining for us is as follows: Where we create an M$ excel spreadsheet in openoffice and password protect it, It is not possible to open it using excel. This is necessary for us as most of our clients still use excel (at present). Once again thanks for your help Kind regards Ken

In the dialog, after dragging the field into the data area, double-click it, and in the functions listbox, CTRL+click different functions. This listbox should be a checklistbox indeed. I submitted an issue to myself: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=96691 Regards Daniel --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
