In the Formatting toolbar: next to left align, center, right align
and fill
out, you'll find the icons for left-to-right and right-to-left.
I don't understand these icons are not displayed and in the
formatting toolbar setting they are checked ! - I have to use the
Visible button menu to select it...
I use the OOo 2.4.1 on Ubuntu 8.04
Have you a fix ?

Hello Sam,
Most likely you have not turned this feature on. Form any OO.o window do
Toos>Options>Language Settins>Languages
On this dialog page (very bottom) you will find the option
Enabled for complex text layout (CTL)
Be sure there is a tick mark in that check box and that should do it for
you.
I found these options, Thanks, lot of new settings are able since I
installed the hebrews packages.
