Thank you, I found the files in ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc. Having
looked at the contents of the files in that folder, I doubt that a
direct connection is possible for a while at least. In my std.vcf file
there is not enough consistency in the entries to work in a regular
database. (One name has 7 lines, another has 11 lines, and a third name
contains 9 lines.)
You could always file an enhancement request at the OOo site.
Periodically GRS lists the steps required to do this.
