Assuming the OpenOffice software you have is the genuine article - from
www.openoffice.org - then you don't have to register it. Just say either
"alreadyregistered" or "never register". Registration really brings you no
benefits; it's mainly so the authors of the software can keep track of
roughly how many copies are in use. All the documentation on the OpenOffice
web site is fully available to you even if you haven't registered, as is
full support via this mail list. There are some *web forums*, accessible
initially from the web site, that require you to register before you can ask
questions but they all tell you so up front.
