We have also decided to install OOo on all Systems in our company. Next
year all will become OpenSuSE 11.1 as well. All Servers are already SLES 10.

May we sell the old XP and M$-Office 2003 licenses with original serials
and original license-stickers?

:-)

What are the XP license(s) worth now? New, if you can find them are
about $100. I run Win 2000 for my IBM server box, XP for my old
laptop and a backup desktop, and now Vista for the new laptop. I would
love to change the Vista to XP. Had less trouble with XP.

The only trouble with Linux is getting the drivers for the XP laptop.
I am told it is very hard to find 64-bit modem drivers. Know someone
who keeps a Windows machine for internet access only, and the rest
are Linux.

First drop Office, then Windows.
Good luck with the change over. I tried to install OpenSuSE on my IBM server
[it ran SuSE? originally but they wiped the OS to sell it]
but it would not install. Tried 3 different Linux flavors
but no luck.

Good Luck.
