G'day neighbors. OOo 3.0 on Win XP Pro64
My current document was originally a Word template. It has a paragraph style "code_para" that specifies a font Courier New. The style "Text body" is based on "Default", which calls for font "GillSans". When I apply "code_para" to a block of text that has "Default" or "Text body", it appears to apply the other parameters of the "code_para" style, but leaves the font as GillSans. What would block the font-change to Courier New? I've tried modifying the "code_para" style. Doesn't work. Any font that I select in the style dialog appears properly in the preview, but does not get applied to the actual text. Also, when a "code_para" tagged paragraph is selected the style selector in the main-window Styles and Formatting toolbar changes to show "code_para", but the font selector next to it continues to show GillSans. Obviously, I don't want to apply a manual formatting override in a document that uses styles. What setting or option am I overlooking? - Kevin The information contained in this electronic mail transmission may be privileged and confidential, and therefore, protected from disclosure.
