Hi,
I've just installed Open Office, and am not able to start the application.
When I click on the Open Office Icon, I'm taken to the application; where the
files are stored, in memory.
I'm running Vista Home Premium, 64bit, SP1. Can you tell me how to start the
program?
Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

I cannot find anyone else replying to you, so I will try and help
I assume you downloaded OOo_3.0.0_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_enUS.exe (or a
similar name if you chose to download a non-US version). You should then
be able to double-click the exe to run the install procedure. The
install should give you a folder of files on your desktop together with
an OpenOffice.org 3.0 icon. Double click the icon and you should run
OOo. If you cannot find the icon, then please check your start menu for
an OpenOffice.org 3.0 folder with icons for the other applications.
I hope that helps
Rob
