It shouldn't be in your "My Documents" folder, unless that's where you downloaded it too. That's the package that you double click on, to start the installation. If it is installed, there should be an OpenOffice.org folder and icons in your Start menu. If it's not there, it's not installed. If it is there, you can uninstall it the same way as you would any other application, by using Add/Remove Programs, located in the Control Panel.
