I have a problem with open office 3.0 with my screen freezing in different programs and i have to manually force my labtop to close down when i re start i have lost my text, and i can not restore it because i have not been able to saved it, this is intermittent, I have Windows Vista, my labtop is Toshiba P200 series. with Norton This is all new to me, I have only had it a short time, a computer virgin at 63yrs.
