Hello to all,
With Open office 3.0.0 and yesterday's bêta version of pdfimport running
under Windows XP Pro SP3,
as I want to edit it I tred to load from a pdf document a page with a map
apparently created by a vectorial drawing software.
It does load with a perfect precision of images. But the one hundred or so
elements are dissasembled and scattered all around. I have to re-assemble
them, fairly easy for maps (a simple puzzle), but takes time and impossible
for many vectorial pics.
Hypothesis:
- a bug in pdfimport? I could not post a question in sun's bug report system
which does not mention pdfimport
- a bug while translating this image to pdf?
- or a bug in myself (usually the most probable...)
I did not try with other pdf pictures, will report when I have time to do so
