Ver. 2.4.0

This may have been reported before but this version, and perhaps others, seems to have problem flowing columns in large documents. I have a roughly 450-page document that I finished yesterday in seven sections. The section text is "poured in" as program-generated RTF text and flowed into three columns. This has worked flawlessly for years with MS Word. On numerous occasions I would find random breaks in the middle of columns, often with gaps of 2 or more columns or even pages with nothing in the RTF to cause these (there is no page break, per se, in RTF). This necessitated going through the entire document page by page looking for and correcting the errors. Just adding a carraige return at the point of the break and then immediately deleting it fixes the problem.

Just for your information. Can't move to 3.0 for other reasons so I'll just have to live with it.

Jerry
