[users] Installin OO. 3 over OO 2.1

I would like to update OO 2.1 to OO 3.  Will all my material get 
automatically incorporated into OO 3 or must it be transferred 
individually?


 Is the information available for this procedure.  I tried checking 
FAQ but I didn't find any information about this.

Go slow I am not computer literate.
