Because many of my contacts do not use Open Office, they cannot read attachments sent via my emails. Lately I have had difficulty saving OO files as Microsoft files. Instead of saving in the Microsoft format, the document is being saved as a file. Can you tell me what I am doing incorrectly or how I can save these documents so they can be read by others.
