I am a new user of your word processor. While typing a document I pressed cntrl+s to save several times. Then I hit some key(s) by mistake, possibly shift, alt or fn. The result was that everything I had typed till then disappeared both from the screen and from the hard drive. I couldn't retrieve the file by search nor by going to the trash bin.Why and how did this happen? On another occasion I successully completed typing and saving a document. But when I closed it I got some lkind of error message that said openoffice.org had crashed. Although the file icon was loisted in the proper folder I could not open the file. Ihad to log off the computer and reboot in order to reopen the file?
