I hope you can help. Whenever I attempt to open this program, and in particular
the Writer part, it will not do so but gives me the message that soffice.exe
has encountered a problem and needs to close and would I like to send error
report to Microsoft which I did but no word back. I have not had this problem
until recently. I do not have a clue as to what is wrong and why I can not
access my saved documents on it. Your assistance would be much appreciated.
