Which one fails? I don't believe there is a need to be subscribed to
receive the help file email - the second line. Therein, you will find,
among other useful bits, a direct-to-human address.
Also, are you certain you're being ignored and it isn't your AV/Spam
filters doing the dirty work? Whether subscribing or unsubscribing,
there is a confirmation email to which you must reply from the address
being processed to complete the action. I don't know the timeout period
for the confirmation request, but it can't be too long. I would guess
less than a week. If the filters might be an issue, set openoffice.org
as an allowed domain.
