365.2425 would be slightly more accurate; every year when frac(year/4)=0 is a leap year, EXCEPT when frac(year/100)=0, then it's a leap year only if frac(year/400)=0. So in 400 years there are 97 leap years (400/4-3 - if we start at the year 2000, then 2100, 2200 and 2300 are not leap years, however 2000 is). But I know, not a very important detail. > in result cell. > Format result cell as a number with as many fractional digits as you > desire. > > John L > > On Mon, Jan 19, 2009 at 3:06 AM, Thomas Calis <[email protected] > >wrote: > > > Hello, > > I have been looking for a feature in Calc which calculates automaticaly > > someones age after giving the person's birthday. > > Is that possible? > > > > > > Thomas Calis > > > > [email protected] > > > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] > > For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected] > > >
